Due to the current condition of Covid-19, delays might be experienced for shipping and delivery.

Please allow 2-3 business day to process order as most of the products listed are made to order.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and United States only.

Domestic Order (Ship within Canada)

All orders below $60 will receive free standard shipping through Canada Post (without tracking). You can add $8 to upgrade to shipping with tracking.

All orders over $60 will receive free upgraded shipping with tracking.

Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. (Location dependent).

International Order (Currently ship to United States Only)

A shipping cost of $10 will apply to all orders below $60 and it comes with tracking.

All orders over $60 will receive free standard shipping with tracking.

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. (Location dependent).

Customers are responsible for duty and tax associated with the order.

Return Policy

You may request a return for store credit (Sorry no refunds) within 14 days of delivery in Canada if you are unsatisfied with the product. Sorry no return for purchase shipped internationally due to the complexity of shipping and custom. (See conditions and exceptions below)

Conditions of return :

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be undamaged
  • Item must be in its original packaging

The following items / fee cannot be returned :

  • Sale items
  • Earrings (due to health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear
  • Shipping cost
  • Items shipped internationally

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Cloud Surfer Boutique reserves the right to refuse the issue of store credit if the item is not returned in sellable condition and packaging. Customers are then responsible for any loss in value.
